We are not liable for any theft, hijacking or any unnatural/natural circumstances once the item/s courier from our physical store.
It will be a separate service fee for a request of insurance for the specific item/s. Courier items can be exchanged, and we will pay for the exchange item being couriered as return to the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of the courier service or a courier of their own choice to Wahieda Fashionista Co store in Cape Town.
The item should be in the exact same condition as purchased and should be returned within 2 days of receiving. The waybill number can be emailed/whatsapp or DM to Wahieda Fashionista Co.
The followings are the delivery /Shipping services are available:
- Normal delivery nationwide in South Africa 2 - 5 working days which (excludes weekends and public holidays) at a cost of R100.
- Express delivery /overnight delivery nationwide but online purchase should not be later than 3 pm (prior arrangements) for the next day collection & delivery. These are for all items or if the free delivery option amended for express delivery at a cost of R 250.
- Cape Town delivery only for items at a cost of R80. The delivery/shipping are between 3-5 working days.
- Free delivery option nationwide for items purchased above R 550 and will take 3 - 7 working/business days for delivery.
